WHAT SERVICES DOES ROTATE OFFER?

RESIDENCY PROGRAMS:

ROTATE is a paid residency program open to any creative thinker. 

Talented individuals will get an opportunity to gain experience working at the industry’s top creative companies. The residents will be split into groups and spend three months at one company and then rotate to the next.

All residents will be provided: a salary, a computer, a mentor at each company, legit project(s) to work on and much more.

RECRUITING:

We specialize in sourcing Gen Z, creator economy talent and traditional roles. Our team has had the privilege of working with some of the best creatives, strategists, producers and designers in the industry. We source top talent from our Residency program as well as our growing global network of community partners and schools.

We manage background checks, payroll, health insurance, benefits, equipment, software and onboarding and offboarding.

DOES ROTATE ONLY RECRUIT FROM RESIDENCY PARTICIPANTS?

Nope, although it is a wonderful gateway for our talent. Part of our recruiting secret sauce is the relationships and networks we’ve built in both the traditional and non-traditional spaces. This network often identifies their rising stars as they know we will provide an enriching experience, opportunities and support.

can rotate staff contractors and w2 employees?

Yes, depending on our Client’s needs we are able to offer both options.

does rotate offer healthcare?

Absolutely, we offer medical, dental & vision coverage.

can rotate staff internationally?
